The Hickory Terraces development will transform a vacant 1.2-hectare property in Waterloo into a modern rental complex that responds to the region’s growing demand for housing. Designed as a 735-bedroom, 12-storey residential building, it highlights Waterloo’s ongoing urban growth.
With reinforced steel at its core, this project depends on the timely supply of high-quality rebar to keep progress on schedule.
