Dass Rebar supplied approximately 700 metric tons of Grade 400W and 500W rebar for this project—a 12-storey, 735-bedroom development at 535 Quiet Place, Waterloo. Delivered within weeks, this supply reflects both the scale and reliability of our fabrication and logistics capabilities.

The Hickory Terraces development will transform a vacant 1.2-hectare property in Waterloo into a modern rental complex that responds to the region’s growing demand for housing. Designed as a 735-bedroom, 12-storey residential building, it highlights Waterloo’s ongoing urban growth.
With reinforced steel at its core, this project depends on the timely supply of high-quality rebar to keep progress on schedule. By supplying 700 metric tons of reinforcing steel in a matter of weeks, Dass Rebar demonstrated both capacity and commitment, ensuring uninterrupted workflow during a critical stage of construction.
